Information you provide: When you submit an enquiry or request a quote via our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any additional information you include in your message. When you become a client, we also collect your company name, business address, and billing information.
Shipment & operational data: In the course of arranging transport, we collect and process shipment details including collection and delivery addresses, cargo descriptions, weights and dimensions, and relevant customs or regulatory documentation. This may include personal data relating to consignors, consignees, and contacts at third-party premises.
Information collected automatically: We use Google Analytics (free tier) to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website, including pages visited, time spent, device type, browser, general geographic location (country/region), and referral source. This data is collected via cookies — see Section 7 below.
Information from third parties: We may receive information from carriers, shipping agents, or logistics partners in connection with services we coordinate on your behalf.

We may share your data with carriers and transport operators (delivery addresses and contact details required to fulfil the shipment); customs and border authorities such as HMRC; shipping lines, freight agents, and port operators; Google LLC for website analytics via Google Analytics (data may be processed outside the UK; Google provides safeguards via Standard Contractual Clauses); and professional advisors such as accountants, under strict confidentiality obligations.
We do not share your data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
Our services cover the UK, European Union, and international destinations including North Africa. For international shipments, we may share necessary data with carriers, agents, or customs authorities outside the UK. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EU, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled securely, including reliance on Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards recognised by the ICO.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary. Enquiry data where no engagement follows: up to 12 months. Client and shipment records: 6 years from end of engagement. Financial and invoicing records: 6 years (HMRC requirement). Customs documentation: 6 years. Website analytics data: up to 26 months (Google Analytics default). Marketing contacts: until you withdraw consent.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access a copy of the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; request deletion of your data in certain circumstances; restrict or object to our processing of your data; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
